Nuflow Blueline is an epoxy liner that is designed to repair high wear, structural, high-temperature, and acid pipe drainage systems. How Does Nuflow Blueline Installed?
- We use our CCTV drain inspection cameras to identify the location of the problem at hand is. The CCTV drain inspection cameras provide high-quality video footage to give a detailed understanding of the issues within your pipe system.
- If it is determined that you have a blocked drain, we will then clear the piping system by using high-pressure jetting technology. With a pressure of 2500 - 4000psi, Tunnel Vision’s advanced drain cleaning equipment can clear even the most stubborn of blocked drains.
- Using a custom-made bladder and compressed air, the epoxy liner is inflated and then left to cure in the shape of the existing pipe.
- Once the Nuflow pipe lining has cured, the bladder liner is removed, leaving a new pipe replacement.
Where Can Nuflow Be Used?
Nuflow Blueline can be used on any pipelines from small-bore 40mm up to 1500mm in diameter. It works with virtually all piping materials; PVC, concrete, cast-iron, clay, roll groove, galvanised pipe, copper, HDPE, poly pipe and ZINCALUME® steel.
Most stormwater drains, sewer systems and drainage systems are covered, as well as trade waste systems, pressurised fire pipe systems and deep-set potable water pipe systems.
